
Shannon Dwyer Pasch is the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions and Strategy at Lafayette Square. Prior to joining Lafayette, Shannon was a Director at the social impact real estate private equity firm, Turner Impact Capital, where she served as a real estate investor and developer of best-in-class healthcare and educational facilities in underserved communities throughout the US.
Previously, Shannon was the Manager of Strategic Analysis and Finance at the fast-growing startup, Dollar Shave Club. Prior to DSC, Shannon was a public equity investor at Eton Park Capital Management, a $10 billion multi-strategy hedge fund, where she managed an approximately $500mm portfolio of event-driven and value-oriented energy investments in North America. She began her career in the Restructuring and Reorganization Group at Blackstone.
Shannon lives in Santa Monica, California. She has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania where she graduated summa cum laude and was named Wharton Woman of The Year.
